Can I Have Multiple Designs And Sizes On 1 DTF Transfer Gang Sheet?
Yes, you can have multiple designs and sizes on one DTF Transfer Gang Sheet.


Gang sheets are the perfect solution to get multiple designs and variations of sizes all printed together conveniently for you. Our gang sheets come in the following of sizes:

  • 22 inches by 1 foot
  • 22 Inches by 2 Feet
  • 22 inches by 3 Feet
  • 22 inches by 4 Feet
  • 22 Inches by 5 Feet
  • 22 Inches by 10 Feet
  • 22 Inches by 15 Feet
  • 22 Inches by 20 Feet


The longer the roll, the better price per foot you receive, so take advantage and get one of our largest gang sheets.ย

Do I Have to Mirror my Art When Uploading?
No, you do not need to mirror your artwork when uploading it to our website. As long as you upload a high resolution or vector file, we'll be able to turn your artwork into a DTF transfer.


What Size DTF Transfers Should I Order For Women's Shirts?
For women's shirts, a 9" by 9" DTF Transfer design typically works the best.
Although there can be a large variance in sizing between a Women's XS and a Women's 2XL, we still find that the 9" by 9" sizing works well.


What Size DTF Transfers Should I Order For Youth Sizes?
For youth shirts, a 8" by 8" DTF Transfer is suitable.
Although there's a fairly large variance in sizing between a Youth XS and a Youth L & Youth XL, an 8" by 8" DTF Transfer design is still suitable.


What Size Transfer Should I Order for a Full Back Print?
For full back shirt prints, we recommend going with our 9" x 11" option, up to 12" x 17" depending on the size of the shirt.


What Size Transfers Should I Order For Adult Shirts? 2XL - 5XL
For adult shirts, even with a size scale of Adult S through Adult 5XL, 11" by 11" or larger is recommended.ย 
However, with DTF transfers you are able to modify the sizes as you like and still retain the bulk discount pricing on the whole order.
If you prefer to modify the design size based on shirt size, we recommend the following:
Adult Small through 2XL: 11" by 11" or larger
Adult 3XL through 5XL: 12" by 14" or larger


What is the Appropriate Size for a Left Side Chest Logo?
For a left chest logo, we recommend the following sizes:

  • Size range: 2.5"-4.5" width, 2.5"-4.5" height
  • Average size: 3.5"W x 2"H Adult, 2.5"W x 1.5"H Youth
  • Standard placement: Approx. 3" down from the bottom of the collar, centered at the edge of the collar, or 4-6" over from the centerline

What is your turnaround time for same day pickup?
For orders placed by 12:00 noon EST, we guarantee same day pickup by 5 pm at our Bradenton location. ย Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST may be ready by 5:00 pm, but there is no guarantee. ย 

What is your turnaround for shipping orders?
For orders placed by 2:00 EST, we guarantee they will be shipped out same day. ย Typically, UPS offers next day delivery within the state of Florida, although once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over when it arrives. ย If your order is time sensitive, be sure to pay for guaranteed next day shipping in the checkout options.ย 

Shipping

At Gulf Coast Transfers we use UPS and the United States Postal Service to ship our orders. ย Due to the highly automated systems in place with these carriers, they can experience delays in the logistics network even if those issues arenโ€™t in our backyard. ย An ice storm in Kentucky can easily have knock on effects for delivery in Florida. ย Likewise, while it may appear sunny and perfect in GA, a hurricane could be barreling down on Florida and cause delivery interruptions. ย We do everything possible to make sure we get your high quality transfers out on time, and into your hands as soon as possible, however shipping issues and delays are outside our control.

How much extra should I buy?
In the world of DTF things can go wrong. ย That is why we always suggest you purchase an additional copy or copies of what you need. ย A bad shirt, a bad placement or a bad peel can easily ruin a garment in your order, so having an extra one or two prints just makes sense. ย This also ensures if your customer calls and needs an extra shirt you have the extra prints.

Pressing instructions?
Pressing instructions are included with every order we sell, and should be used as general guidelines. ย Since everyoneโ€™s press will differ, only you will truly know the settings that work best of different types of garments. ย Our DTF is robust and can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, leather and denim, and rayon mix fabrics. ย You may want to experiment with these fabrics before committing to a large order. ย  If you find you have extra room on your gang sheet, add a few extra prints in the voided space to have some extra prints for experimenting.ย 

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our business, refunds will not be given if your job has been put into production. ย If you make an error with your order, you can always email us at admin@gulfcoaasttransfers.com and we will make every attempt to stop your order before it goes into production, although no guarantees are given, since our process is highly automated.ย 


What if I have a problem with my prints?ย 
At Gulf Coast Transfers we stand behind what we sell. ย While we strive for the highest quality prints, mistakes can happen from time to time. ย If you encounter a bad print, or have a quality issue, simply email us at admin@gulfcoasttransfers.com, and we will make it right โ€“ and fast. ย Quality is job 1, and we stand behind our products. ย 

How should I store my prints?
DTF prints are highly sensitive to moisture and humidity, and everyone in Florida knows about humidity. ย When you receive your DTF prints, it is advised that you quickly cut them into prints, and store in a plastic bag with desiccant in the bag to absorb any moiture and humidity. ย Keeping your DTF prints sealed and away from moisture will help preserve the longevity of the prints and ensure your finished garment is exactly what you want.ย
