Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 12-24 hours after payment confirmation.
During holidays, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time (USA)
Estimated delivery times within the United States:
* Florida Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days
USA Shipping 2 – 5 business days
* Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business daysShipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, speed, and delivery location.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect customer information

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
